I used them twice in the span of a month- once at home before a trip for a small chip in my windshield. They came out nearly immediately and offered what I would call beyond a competitive price - downright consumer-friendly.
The second time I had a failure in my driver side window and was unable to close it. They helped me diagnose it over the phone and find the part. I picked it up the next afternoon and they squeezed me in at their shop upon returning from the field. Again, super easy. Nice, private and quiet shop that’s easy to get to just off the highway on the outskirts of New Haven. And once again, a stellar price.

“They got me an appointment the same day I called! Depending on the time I would have been home or at work and they said the tech can come to me at either location. The tech called and asked which location and i told him. He came to where I was and met me, fixed my windshield chip, which only took about 10 minutes max. It was such a nice experience. I am a very busy person so the fact that the tech was able to be where I was, sold me and then having an extremely nice tech was amazing!!
