Went to the Monroe store and was initially helped by Jay and once I decided on a plan Lexi the manager did the plan initiation and porting. I cannot lavish enough praise on her for her professionalism, knowledge, and thoroughness. She also possesses a keen sense of humor and the ability to recall the password I selected a week before….?. I have also discovered that I am getting 5G service in areas where I didn’t before. At my home which has always been barely one bar is now three bar service. These, along with the great savings make this the perfect move.”

Not only did he do it quickly and easily, he also was able to save me money by consolidating other services I was paying extra for. He also found issues on my bill I was unaware of that he went out of his way to fix. It was truly a pleasure to work Larry, his pleasant demeanor and depth of knowledge made the trip to the store more than worth it and I highly recommend Larry and the brookfield Verizon store.”
