Manager Tom & agent Brian listen to your concerns, address and refigure problems quickly, and made the phone functionable within minutes rather than the weeks I spent online trying to fix the phone. .I will only purchase from this location in the future.The Brookfield Federal road location is a nightmare, horrible customer service and management.I will only purchase from the Danbury Mall location in the future to avoid the frustration and inadequacy of online and Brookfield personnel.”
