Boots are good, but the inserts are excellent best I have ever had. If you have a high arch, I recommend taking a look here

I came in for a slip on shoe. The staff member was able to show me a pair. She then retrieved my size from the stock room. I tried them on and liked them. I was in and put in 10 minutes.
