She went above and beyond to help me find just the right shoes that would fit me properly. She understood that I wanted to get very comfortable (but good looking) shoes at a reasonable price, so she found me several on sale. She did this despite the fact that my feet are hard-to-fit due to a very high instep and other irregularities. Miss Dorothy is also a KIND person who really sees the human in front of her, and she responds with grace and good humor--no matter how fussy my demands are. In truth, I have not seen her in 2 years but she remembered me! Don't buy online-- go to Footprints. You will not regret it.”

“This is the 2nd time I turn to and purchase from RedWing.The quality is excellent and staff is friendly.I was hoping for a "Fit Test" from my salesperson,But Damian, did listen too my concerns and I relied on his recommendations in boots, along with boot inserts after I had requested them, but again Damian gave me a full rundown of the types of inserts and I relied on his recommendations.Although, I have only worn these boots for a full day, and inserts.I realize that they are brand new, and there is a " break in" period.If after a week or so, if I experience discomfort, I'll return to the store for further updates!Overall, I am satisfied and will return to buy any products again.”
