Don't know what the point is of scheduling a meeting with a representative when they don't even bother looking at who made appointments. Made an appointment for 11, and the woman looked confused when I showed up and had to wait 20+ minutes. Not exactly great customer service.

I first spoke with Ashley by phone and explained to her that my wife and I needed to make changes to our account and we were a little concerned because we have a new born and don't want to expose him to much because of covid-19.
