Don't know what the point is of scheduling a meeting with a representative when they don't even bother looking at who made appointments. Made an appointment for 11, and the woman looked confused when I showed up and had to wait 20+ minutes. Not exactly great customer service.

They have the worst tellers ever. Especially Christine. She seems like we are bothering her ,when she comes up to help.
