Updating my last one-star review. I won a judgement in Small Claims Court. Zipcar's response? "Oh, we have so many of those against us, we just ignore them."

I have been with zipcar for some years now . For about a year their service are not like before. The inside of some cars are dirty, smells like marijuana, sometimes there is no gas card and now their prices have gone up. I am looking at other car sharing services.

Zipcar used to be great, now they have really gone down hill the last 2 years. Horrible customer service and the cars (2 out of the last 3) have no gas in them when I picked them up. Their gas cards also do not work so I have had to spend money out of my pocket for gas. Oh did I mention they are grossly overpriced! Bad!!!
