I don't even think I would be here without Yale New Haven saint rays. Amazing staff making sure you are cared for and make sure you have the right treatment the right way.

I had outpatient surgery yesterday and was so pleased with the quality of care I received from being admitted to being discharged. I don't remember all the names but everyone was fantastic! I had surgery done at Backus years ago which was HORRIBLE!!!! which made me nervous but this totally made me at ease.

7 hours at the E .R.,-2 hrs in the lobby and 5 hours in the E.R Dept. And I watched the staff become disrespectful to the patient's .. no hospitality and unprofessional..
