I broke down in the dark, in the cold, in an unfamiliar city. The dealership wanted to charge me 3 times what Megill's charged me. They went out of their way to help me out, do the repair, and get me back on the road for my final leg of my trek from Florida to New Hampshire. The kindness of strangers is a real thing. Megill's fixed my car affordably and were kind through the process. Even fed me lunch and calmed me down in a very stressful situation.

“This company is pathetic . They came to tow my car from an accident and is now asking me for 1100 dollars just to get my vehicle out . They don’t wanna give me and of my property from inside the vehicle , or the plates. If we decided we didn’t want the car they are charging us 600 dollars for us to give them the title and for them to scrap the vehicle .”

“Robert B and the staff were awesome. I had a flat so called aaa. They came out quickly and got the spare on. Spare was low too, air compressor didn’t work but had enough air to get me home. Another employee (didn’t get his name) came out to me as I started driving and escorted me to the shop where they had another compressor. Put air in the spare and I was on my way.
