The service station was full, but the attendant at the counter found a way to get my car in with 20 minutes. They repaired the source of the exhaust noise and recommended to replace another part that commonly breaks. Awesome job for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.”

“On a rainy day in New Haven, I was late for work and, against my better judgment, I drove my '04 CRV through what looked like a shallow puddle and ended up being, for all intents and purposes, a lake! The interior of my car became flooded up to my ankles. I drove around looking for a place that would hopefully be able to at least get the inside dry so that it wouldn't start to stink in my car. I happened upon One Stop, and instead of making me feel like a jack@$$, which would have been well-warranted, they were very helpful and vacuumed out the interior of my car. The floor mats needed extra time, and so they offered to hang them up in the shop for a couple days free of charge. Upon my return to pick them up, I brought the guys some coffee, which is nowhere near enough to thank them for their kindness. In the future, I will most definitely be taking my car to One Stop for repairs. Thanks, guys! I've attached a "before" picture for your comedic entertainment.”

This is the second time I have gone there for a tire replacement. $40 for used (but in a decent condition with many treads left) was a good deal for me both times.The guy removed the wheel, found out a spot from where the tire was losing air, tried to repair it (unfortunately, it was undesirable), and installed a new one in less than ten mins.I recommend this place ?”

“Great customer service!! I can’t recall ladies name sitting at front but she is spectacular!! Also want to appreciate technicians, very professional. I believe price for break was a bit high $350 for front rotors and break pads (not counting labor) but now in days nothing is cheap like is to be I guess. I did find oil change to be cheaper than other places ($80 estimate price) for synthetic oil so I’m going to do my next oil change here.
