“My family has been using Community Pharmacy for years. There is a big difference between the chain pharmacies and Community. The staff are friendly, kind, and knowledgable. During the pandemic, they remained open with curbside service so we could still get our medications and you could even have them shop around for you if you needed other items! I believe they will still bring your prescriptions out to the car for you if you are ill or don't want to go into the store.”

“I just wanted to say Thank you to the pharmacy staff and pharmacist that worked today. I had an appointment at PM pediatrics for my son who had a really bad ear infection. The doctor thought Hannaford pharmacy closed at 6p but they actually closed at 5p. I realized this after they called in the antibiotics and I called the pharmacy to confirm. The staff member was so pleasant and empathic as she had kids of her own. She spoke with the pharmacist and although she didn't make any promises, she encouraged me to get there as soon as possible, as she thought they would still be there by 507p which is when by GPS told me would arrive from the urgent care. My husband ran inside and was able to get my son's antibiotics. This gesture was greatly appreciated. A few minutes more of their time made a world of difference for us. Thank you so much. This was the first time we used your pharmacy but we will be using it regularly now.”

“I love target pharmacy. They almost always get everything filled in fifteen minutes which is nice and i love browsing while i wait. So much better than waiting in CVS. The only drawback is they take an hr for lunch and its at like 1 so if you go then they wont be there. Its a pain but everything else is good. just make sure you check the times before you go.”

When my insurance changed the pharmacy plan, no longer restricting where I went, I came back to Rite Aid. I am so happy to be back. Their customer service has been stellar. I have had a couple of complicated issues due to med shortages. They have communicated with me about it. Unlike the other chain I had to use for 3 years. Rite Aid has also advocated for me to help resolve issues.”

“Even though it’s a hike for me to get there, I have never been disappointed. It’s so clean and I can say Honestly the people who work there are so friendly and accommodating. Last Thanksgiving I was missing one ingredient and I couldn’t find it anywhere. I called the Big Y and the store manager actually ran to the freezer dept and found my missing ingredient. I was in love and from that point on, I as a loyal customer ❤️”

“After enduring four solid hours of testing at a major hearing aid seller, then gasping at their over-the-top cost, I headed off to Costco in Brookfield to try their Kirkland. Can't say if every Costco is as good, but this one has been spectacular. Their private test is long and detailed. And exacting. Turns out my visit was long overdue and sorely needed. Perhaps every hearing aid seller delivers the same results. For me , sounds were suddenly alive; clear, clean, bright, crisp discernable sounds. Which is very nice, but just my personal journey. It's how I got here that really matters. The preliminary test was exacting and the audiologist's patient attention to detail was impressive. It was sadly both humiliating and humbling to learn how poorly I was hearing. But the audiologist seemed to understand that, and remained kind and supportive and, I was sure, actually caring. My new ears (as I like to call them) arrived fulling programmed and ready to wear in about a week. After being fitted and tested I was asked to walk through the store. "Come back when you've done your shopping..." Then there were new question about comfort (both physically and audibly), the balance of background sounds, the sound of my own voice.... More adjustments, another walk, a few minor tweaks, and I was headed home. It was definitely not perfect after that. Yet no matter how minor or major a problem might have seemed to me, no matter my request for something only I could hear, it was resolved within minutes (or a few days at worst). There was never an added charge, never a hesitation. I'm only sorry I didn't go much sooner. It's well past a year now. My new ears - Kirkland Signature 10 (made by Sonova) - are still hearing flawlessly. Alas, not everyone has been as fortunate. This model has been discontinued and other brands are available. Fortunately it was never the device alone that impressed me - it's been the ongoing service. And I suspect that'll continue no matter whose brand is sold here.”

“I started getting my prescriptions from the CVS on Queen Street because it was closer. I did not like the customer service at the pharmacy because they always ( with the exception of one person who is not always there) make me feel like I’m not a human being. They were rude and condescending and especially the younger ones talked down to me. I also noticed that I was treated differently from customers who didn’t look like me but more like them. After they sent me to the CVS on Durant to see if they have my medication in stock, I realized that CVS is not all the same in CT. I love picking up my medication at Durant, even though it’s farther away from my home. The pharmacy staff is always polite and treats me with dignity and respect. They always try to help me if I have a problem, without making me feel like I’m a burden or stupid. Thank you Durant Ave., Bethel.”

“Here is my experience 11/13 3.30pmMy wife had surgery, discharged 11/13 and needed her pain meds. Orders went to a different Rite Aide Pharmacy but when I got there they were closed. Called the hospital who cancelled and sent order to this Rite Aide. I walk in ask for the order and was told by person A that it will take 30 mins.Went out came back in after 30 mins. While walking in Person A is walking out of the store in what seems like an end of shift.Now I meet Person B who then tells me they are short staff and I will have to wait another 30 mins. I begin to shake my head only to be told "yeah you shaking your head but there is nothing I can do"As customers we do not go to a store to pay our money to hear this garbage. I was respectful and don't need any extra drama. In as much as I was upset all that was need was an apology and that Person B would do everything to get the order filled.I give 5 stars because I have been in organizations where staffing is challenging. However, please use this to do some weeding out or training of staff so they don't approach your valued customers in such a manner.Additionally when I came back Person B was very pleasant which means they are quite capable of doing so.”

“Brought the wife to the minute clinic for a 9:20 appointment for a couple of vaccinations and a flu shot. I checked in early for the appointment and they took her in just after 9:00, she had her shots and we were all finished by the time we were supposed to have the appointment at 9:20.”

Her customer relation skills are impeccable as she is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and efficient in attending to customer needs. She is has a unique talent for her generation in explaining modern technological concepts to older customers with communication skills that explain things thoroughly and effectively without leaving the customer feeling belittled or uncomfortable and most importantly never left confused. She is a confident woman with strong self esteem that is a powerful example of to admire and I would imagine she would be excellent at training new employee and a positive role model . Lastly her overall attitude personality and humor complement her personality, humility and pride in doing whatever the job may be well which is a rare find in my humble opinion in her generation!”
