You get what you pay for especially with auto service. Karl has excellent technicians which is rare these days. I highly recommend their service department Jay Bradley is fabulous

Locked the keys in my car. Called the dealer. Said they would have a replacement key the next day. Big liars. No key arrived. Called a locksmith. This place sucks.
