“This place is amazing! Scott is so helpful. I was in town for my wedding and popped in to look for a tie. Scott was patient with the shopping process. He also pressed my shirt for me and he was even able to do an alteration to my pants in under 24 hours. The clothes are beautiful. Will be back to Middletown just for this store.”

Spencer's still carries the raunchy, obscene \\u0026 retro items we grew up with. their $3 - $5 dollar tee shirts now retail for $22. but hey, if you're suddenly in the mood for a lava lamp, a weed Tee, KISS posters and a gag gift ... “I have to admit, I assumed this would be a Newbury Comics knock off - but I thought the selection was wonderfully curated, and the people working there were SO helpful - we sort of wandered in with a 1, 2, and 3 year old - the one guy directed us towards the things in their sizes, quickly pulled things down if anyone so much as glanced at them, and found matching things from the adult section. When he got the things we couldn’t reach down - he put all of the sizes on a rack we could reach and swapped them with sometime else so it was easy for us to pick them up ourselves. When he grabbed the adult stuff, he said - don’t worry if you don’t love that, just leave it there I can put it back - which was so thoughtful. I thought it was the best combination of salesmanship and consideration I’ve ever seen. Walking in it was just supposed to be browsing and a time sink, and we walked out with things we really liked. The other employees were sweet with the kids and knowledgeable about the things we were buying. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole concept as well - 1 meal for every $10 spent - so it was a fantastic experience. I don’t think I’ve ever even thought to write a review of a store in a mall but bravo Box Lunch!”

She made the dress fit like a glove and it was done in 2 days! She was a lifesaver! Will definitely go back to her!”

“Excellent friendly service! I needed my son’s martial arts Gi’s patches added before his testing which was within 3 days. Most places I went either told me it would be a two week wait, or turned me away saying they could not add the patches due to the material.Frustrated I called Gionfriddo’s which was my, last business on my list right before closing time. The owner told me to come over no problem he’d look at it before closing.I went over and his customer service was excellent! He let me know he could get it done on time and he wouldn’t have a problem attaching the patches to the Gi. I was so happy!! The very next day my son’s Gi was ready!!I would definitely recommend Gionfriddo, don’t let these other bigger companies fool you. Gionfriddo is a local family owned business. Very genuine, honest, and definitely reliable and professional. I will absolutely conduct business with them again!”

“I ran in here last minute. I needed to grab some things to go out if town with and as a gift. I did not have my car. If you are familiar with downtown there aren't really any options for retail shopping. So to be stuck downtown during the day without your car is a nightmare. You may as well go to CVS and hope the have some leggings or something like that. But I was looking for my husband not myself so that really wouldn't have worked either. I ran in found some really great deals. We got some sweat pants sweat shirts and even a few dress shirts. One sweater since than has shrunk all the others have been washed and dried no size or color change. Some sale items although not clearance are still not refundable or exchangeable, but most items if left with the tag on you can exchange or return as long as you have your receipts. This place saved me and I am waiting for a warmed day to walk over and see what else they have.”

“I was getting a gift for my father for Father's Day, when I happened to come by this store. I saw their advertisements online and needed new shirts so I decided to try them. Christina greeted my mom and I when we walked in. She helped me look through different sizes to find the perfect fit and different materials to see which one I liked best. She showed me all the colors they had in my size, and ordered the ones I wanted for me. Christina was polite, funny and relatable and, to be honest, the most helpful sales associate I've ever met.
