We moved to Stratford from NYC one month ago and we needed to rent a truck I did my research and found this location that had good reviews and I rented there. And I am so happy I did. This one is definitely not at all sketchy, and is located right off the entrance. Would recommend”

“This company seems to really be going down hill...but Laura Paige, the office manager at this location turned my nightmare into a good impression. I initially had made a reservation 2 months in advance to her picked up in Bridgeport. On the morning of my res. I showed up and they said "we don't have your truck". Long story short....I had made new arrangements to pick up the following morning and was dreading the results. Laura was beyond friendly, restored my confidence and even made sure I received the better truck in the lot. She is a sweetheart and I highly recommend making the trek to Milford even if seemingly inconvenient.”
