The entire team is kind, courteous, professional, efficient ,responsive and reasonably priced. They responded quickly to text messages or emails. Always asking what they could do to make this move as smooth and easy as possible. The movers were kind and careful throughout the move listening to my mom and all her requests. Mom has early Alzheimer’s and repeated things many times and the movers listened and were very kind and gentle with her.I can’t say enough nice things about the office staff and the movers. “This is one of the better storage facilities that I have used ever. The staff is friendly and the storage areas are clean and safe. They offer lots of options in storage sizes and U-Haul trucks. Also they have climate controlled storage which in most cases you can't even get from some of the bigger named places like U Store it. Would recommend checking it out. Prices are very reasonable.”
