“Took a trip out to the Meriden Mall and the ASM Kyle was AWESOME. He greeted my family and I as soon as I stepped foot in the store, he was very patient with the children (ages 1 - 8) and did an awesome job with the checkout and made sure he offer other items in the store. Way to go Kyle ?”
“The Associate, Kevin at this location has exceptional customer service skills. I went in on a Sunday and wanted a specific sneaker but they did not have my size. He asked if we'd like for him to order my size online, we explained that we were on a tight time frame and needed the sneaker for that following Wednesday. He then offered to call another location to see if they had it in stock. A nearby store had the shoes and Kevin then told us he happened to live in that town and he would not mind picking them up for us then dropping them off the next day (which by the way was his day off). Thank you so much Kevin, and because of the great service you provided us I will visit this store for my up and coming purchases. P.s. if a manager happens to be reading this, he most definitely deserves a raise IMO!”
