“I am so pleased with the service at this location. I accidentally ordered a pair to be picked up at the store when I meant to have them shipped. I'm a new mom and organizing life is so difficult so I was annoyed I made that error. On the way to the store my son fell asleep in the car, I called the store and the store associate was willing to bring the shoes to the car for me so I wouldn't have to wake my son. I asked the gentleman who is working on the floor, and he said whatever is out is out I went to the counter and asked the girl behind the counter if she could call another store to see if they had them. “My friend, highly recommended I go get shoes from Footprints. I work at Hartford Hospital. My job requires lots of lifting, walking on hard cement and being on my feet for 8 hours at a time. The staff has been great, the three times, i have been there. Getting me what i need. They have made recommendations on getting other items, which i couldn't afford at that time, but didn't push me to buy. Having worked in retail for over 10 years, it is great seeing those who work on commission, not pushing customer's to buy something, they can't afford. I highly recommend them to all my co workers. They even offer a 20% discount if you work in the medical field and show a work badge.”
