“Woke up this morning to a tv display that could not be changed, and then proceeded to try and fix things myself, which wasted 45 minutes, of course. Called Cox product support and got Eric on the line and 10-15 minutes later we were up and running normally. Eric was obviously well trained ( with a decade of working for Cox ) and expert in fixing things remotely. Great advertisement for Cox Communications and their Product Support team.

“I was having problems with my phone so I went to the W.Main Street store, not helpful whatsoever. The girl/lady running the store was eating corn chips. I can smell it when I walked in. She did NOT stop eating. She continued to touch my phone,computer & every other machine in the room, ugh, she continued to put her hands in the bag & eat corn chip after corn chip & stuff em in her mouth!After all this, I decided to go to the store on Lewis Avenue. She was very professional. Took care of my problem & I was on my way.I recommend Lewis Ave, rather than W.Main Street.”
