“Our cars plastic splash guard underneath the car was loose. Took it to the Honda dealer the estimator would not even look under the car or put it on the lift. Said I needed a new splash guard with parts, labor and tax came to over 260. Took the car to Safe I explained what the problem was. Made the appointment brought the car in he took 10 minutes to fix the issue. Did not need a new splash guard just two plastic clips. Very honest and listens. Will be bringing my cars to him going forward.”

“I recently found myself in a situation where my car was acting really weird so, I pulled off of the highway, anticipating that I was not going to make it home. When my car decided to completely die
– it could not have been in a better place – I was within 15 feet of Manny’s Auto Repair’s driveway!
After a couple of kind strangers saw my distress and helped me push my car into the parking lot, I was greeted by Manny with professionalism and a genuine desire to assist.
He listened attentively to my rumbling engine and immediately knew that there was something extremely wrong. Even though I didn’t have an appointment he allowed me to leave my car with him
and he hoped to get to it in a couple of days. Much to my surprise he called me the next day with several options for the repair. He guided me to the most logical decision and replaced the engine with a rebuilt one. I could not be more grateful and pleased

“Love this place! Its an old school radiator shop where they repair or build you a radiator. I took a radiator off an old bolens garden tractor that i was doubtful could be repaired and they not only said they could fix it, but had it done in a couple days AND fixed some areas that he thought were going to be a problem in the future. They did all this at a VERY reasonable price! Glad i found them, and if I ever need another radiator fixed, i will definitely be back!”

“My fiancee and I purchased a 2004 jeep grand Cherokee back in December of 2017. The salesman chris, had been driving this vehicle for some time and had immediately explained that the shifter was faulty having to shift into 2nd and then back up into drive for the gear to engage. We didn't think anything of it at first but some time went by and we noticed the transmission was slipping quite a bit. We immediately contacted Chris and he said to bring it down to have a look. Knowing we were in need of a car so my fiancee could get to work he offered us a rental while our car was being worked on. It was brought to budget transmission in west haven (personally I would never go thru them again they had our jeep for over a month and eventually decided to put a used tranny in Chris did fight for a rebuild but the warranty company wouldnt go for it) The first rental car we received has issues as well but he immediately traded it out for something different. He was always kind and generous and willing to work with us. He has also been very patient with us in payments as he understands things happen that we cant always control. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the issues with the jeep when we received it but we also understand it is an older vehicle and you cannot expect an older vehicle to behave 100% of the time. Yes our car has many issues but it's much better than not having a car at all. We had very little money to work with and Chris was always helpful and understanding of our situation. I have read some of these reviews and some of them are absurd. People complaining out small issues with much older cars. What do you expect. I personally have nothing against these guys because in my experience with them yes things happen that you cannot control. All we can do it work together to find a solution.”
“I only have great things to say about Denya Auto Body. Starting with one of the owners Ron never had the pleasure of meeting his brother but Ron is an honest business owner and does great work. Some issues arose but were addressed immediately. I would recommend anyone from my family or friends to go there for any body work and or automotive repair. 5 star.”

“Trying to find a reputable and honest shop is never easy. I started going to this shop a couple of months ago for oil changes. Since then they’ve checked my cars at no cost and even fixed a tire valve that had a slow leak, which was setting off my Tpms light. I will definitely keep going to these gentleman for future repairs and would recommend them 100%Services: Oil change”
“I can't really express how much I truly love going to this auto shop that has a great group of guys who really care about taking care of the customers. One thing I love is that they are professional, experienced and honest with their customers. Also they don't try to take advantage and they do really good work and are very trusted. Instead they failed to fix the issue.So I brought it to Perfection Automotive and had my heat back, and coolant level adjusted since the other place forgot to add about a gallon. “I recently brought my car into Zoel's for 2 body repairs, and I couldn't be more pleased with both experiences. Customer service is awesome, and quality of work is phenomenal !
For both jobs, I was impressed with the estimated repair timelines (accurate) and the frequent updates. I spent a few hours in the shop waiting room, which is clean and comfortable. Michelle at the front desk is efficient, organized, and considerate.
Before my second repair, one of the staff members offered to take a test drive with me, where he immediately diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary part promptly, and scheduled a slot with me.

Was going to charge me an additional 3200 dollars to fix Went elsewhere and did the job for 2400 dollars. Plus Robert's didn't put all the parts back on my car the first time. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE”

“Purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Lat. plus earlier this week. I had the pleasure of working with Alex during my car buying experience. He's extremely easy to interact with (this coming from the world's most Anxiety ridden human) and extremely knowledgeable about trim levels, financing, well about cars in general. From the beginning of my purchase to the end, he was AMAZING! He kept me well informed of everything during the purchasing/financing process. He actually listened to my needs in a vehicle, financing needs and was there to address even the smallest questions or concerns I may have had. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. I highly recommend Alex and the rest of the Star Auto staff. Trust me when I say do not pass on this place. They go above and beyond!
