“I recently found myself in a situation where my car was acting really weird so, I pulled off of the highway, anticipating that I was not going to make it home. When my car decided to completely die
– it could not have been in a better place – I was within 15 feet of Manny’s Auto Repair’s driveway!
After a couple of kind strangers saw my distress and helped me push my car into the parking lot, I was greeted by Manny with professionalism and a genuine desire to assist.
He listened attentively to my rumbling engine and immediately knew that there was something extremely wrong. Even though I didn’t have an appointment he allowed me to leave my car with him
and he hoped to get to it in a couple of days. Much to my surprise he called me the next day with several options for the repair. He guided me to the most logical decision and replaced the engine with a rebuilt one. I could not be more grateful and pleased
with the service I received. What truly impressed me was his honesty; there were no hidden fees or unnecessary upsells. The quality of his workmanship was evident, and my vehicle should now last me several more years. I highly recommend Manny’s Auto Repair

“My fiancee and I purchased a 2004 jeep grand Cherokee back in December of 2017. The salesman chris, had been driving this vehicle for some time and had immediately explained that the shifter was faulty having to shift into 2nd and then back up into drive for the gear to engage. We didn't think anything of it at first but some time went by and we noticed the transmission was slipping quite a bit. We immediately contacted Chris and he said to bring it down to have a look. Knowing we were in need of a car so my fiancee could get to work he offered us a rental while our car was being worked on. It was brought to budget transmission in west haven (personally I would never go thru them again they had our jeep for over a month and eventually decided to put a used tranny in Chris did fight for a rebuild but the warranty company wouldnt go for it) The first rental car we received has issues as well but he immediately traded it out for something different. He was always kind and generous and willing to work with us. He has also been very patient with us in payments as he understands things happen that we cant always control. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the issues with the jeep when we received it but we also understand it is an older vehicle and you cannot expect an older vehicle to behave 100% of the time. Yes our car has many issues but it's much better than not having a car at all. We had very little money to work with and Chris was always helpful and understanding of our situation. I have read some of these reviews and some of them are absurd. People complaining out small issues with much older cars. What do you expect. I personally have nothing against these guys because in my experience with them yes things happen that you cannot control. All we can do it work together to find a solution.”

“Trying to find a reputable and honest shop is never easy. I started going to this shop a couple of months ago for oil changes. Since then they’ve checked my cars at no cost and even fixed a tire valve that had a slow leak, which was setting off my Tpms light. I will definitely keep going to these gentleman for future repairs and would recommend them 100%Services: Oil change”

Instead they failed to fix the issue.So I brought it to Perfection Automotive and had my heat back, and coolant level adjusted since the other place forgot to add about a gallon. “I called this terrific garage out of the blue while traveling on Rt 691 near Meriden, CT when we heard a wheel noise. The very friendly staff made time to put our Lexus on the lift and determined that our regular garage failed to tighten the lug nuts and we had already lost 2 on one wheel! They tightened them all, moving one nut from another tire to make it safe enough for us to drive home. To top it off, they said there was no chargefor this quick service! We were flabbergasted and insisted on paying something for their good deed. Only wished we lived closer to give them all our car repair business.”
“Scott is a veteran mechanic who is honest and won't ever tell you there's problems that don't exist. The problem is I'm not sure if he's taking new clients or walk ins because he has a huge contract with the post office. You will typically see 1-2 mail trucks on his shop grounds and they are with good reason his top priority.”
