I got my 7 y.o. girl's ears pieced. It was a great experience; my baby was so nervous and the young lady piercing her ears was attentive, gentle, and comforting towards my kid. I couldn't ask for a better experience .

Staff is extremely rude! She was rude to my girlfriend so I had to step in and told her to save the attitude, and she argued with me. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything. I won’t be supporting a business that treats customers poorly.

I went to get my baby girl ears pierced by the manager Tamera ! She was great with my baby & took her time !
