“I went to BLJ under the reference from another jeweler in my area for a custom pendant with my mother's cremation diamond. I already knew the colors would clash due to the birth stones of my family, but Ann was with me every step of the way in designing a piece worthy of my mother's memory. It only took about an hour for a final design to be made, a couple days to receive the estimate for labor and materials, and another 2 weeks for the final product. Upon picking up, I was able to choose a chain and a pair of custom stud earrings to match the pendant perfectly. They have lots of pieces that were designed and made by them for purchase in a couple display cases. I felt the price of everything matched the time and expertise needed to make my dream pendant a reality. I definitely recommend going to Black Ledge Jeweler for all of your custom pieces.”

“The outside is very deceptive, it looks like it would be a small little shop, but when you walk in you'll realize the business extends far back into the building. If you're an antique lover you'll lose your cool walking in here. The selection of items is rather staggering. Great old furniture, nick knacks, jewelry, watches, an impressive assortment of odds and ends. It's easy to lose track of time while browsing around in there. Picked up a couple of Tom Jones vinyl records and they're awesome. She's a lady! Whoa whoa whoa, she's a lady!”

“Great little store for all your makeup, hair, and nail products! They sell jewelry for body piercing including belly, nose rings, earrings, rings, bracelets, necklaces and so on... The reason why my daughter and I go here a lot is because not only are the prices excellent but the wide variety of products that you will not find in most stores. If your doing braids or hair extensions they have a wall of different lengths and colors, beads and anything else you need. They also sell hair shampoo & conditioner, gel, hairspray, edge cream and more. The staff here are very friendly & helpful if you have questions about anything.”

“I happened to be in the area (I live in MA) and decided to try my luck and see if there was any way to buy an appropriate dress for a friends wedding, and all I can say is WOW. I love my lehenga and it was pretty much ready to go, except some of the button hooks needed reinforcing, which they did on the spot! “I have brought several pieces of nice jewelry here over the years for repair and have always been happy. Recently had a broken gold clasp swapped, a diamond ring made smaller and a gold bracelet with stones made smaller. I am bringing another gold and diamond ring in to be sized today which prompted me to write this review. I like that they don't send things out and have my stuff ready quickly. Have also had them change watch batteries when I am unable to do them myself.”
