“We know, we know. It's a car dealership and how good can they be anyway? And yeah, not every trip here has been a winner. But in fact over the last couple of years we've taken our Ford truck in for servicing on several occasions and had good experiences without exception. The work we wanted was done quickly and correctly, apparently, and when the mechanics have suggested a specific repair, we've followed their advice to good benefit. The pricing for most recurring work is fair, and the end result has been very positive for us. We've not bought a vehicle here so we can't comment on the sale department, good or bad.”

“Andy went above and beyond when I got a used transfercase with a faulty motor/module. He worked with me personally for a couple of days to one replace it and two make sure it’s the correct module. I’ve been to dings in the past for parts and I’ll always be back.”
