About W Rhythm Fitness and Wellness Studio

A place for body and mind connection through movement and energy work. Now offering group classes: Barre, Yoga Flow, Pilates on the Mat and Dance Fitness. Private sessions are also available and clients can choose from Personal Training, Pilates on Apparatus, Yoga, Yoga Trapeze or Reiki. All classes and sessions are conducted by award- winning Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor Wanessa Anderson.
