Lady at the front office is very rude and unprofessional. They did not do a good job at the first time on a simple job and god knows how many visits and days will go to get it corrected.

i'm not usually a fan of dealerships to get my car worked on, but I trust this dealership and I think they're reasonably fair. I had a good experience today, especially with my advisor, Scott, whom I would recommend.

2/24/22 Spoke to the Manager , who tried to explain the cause of the delay and answered patiently, he still couldn't help because of the pandemic.
