“I went for a passport appointment a little early and was told to wait in the lobby, then called back in at my appointment time. My passport photo I had with me didn’t meet the requirements but the woman at the front desk (with a gorgeous silk press) told me politely and quickly took a new photo of me. She took a great picture and even complimented me. She explained the process and wait times associated thoroughly and effectively and made sure I understood each part.
