“Was dealing with an emergency situation and needed a wheelchair urgently. I called after they had closed just on the off chance someone was there. The owner answered and was beyond kind, stating that had he been in CT at the time he would have been happy to assist! It really warmed my heart! I ended up going in the following day to buy some products and have been very pleased with the items and service!!”

It's hard enough going through losing my hair and a breast but she made me feel so special and at ease she took her time to make sure I was totally comfortable with what I was getting. It was a wonderful experience and I will be back there in December for another wig fitting. Joanne W in customer service went above and beyond to find a solution to a discontinued product for someone who was not able to use the replacement item. She initially said she would try to make some calls later that day, but instead, I got a call back within an hour with all the details necessary to assist this person with her trach.
