“We were given one on one attention, he listened to what we were saying, and he gave us options. He also worked with us. This isn’t our first mattress so we really knew the firmness we wanted. It was a very smooth transaction. Although the mattress has not been delivered (It’s being delivered within two days by the way) and we have not tried it, he also confirmed that we have 120 days to make a decision. Many mattress businesses sometimes only give you 90 days. So far so good”

I suggest buying from Foucault's and saving yourself time, money, etc..It took me no time at all with the help of Christine Foucault, Sales Representative, to choose and buy my new Whirlpool washer, Whirlpool dryer and Weber grill. She was knowledgeable, answered my long list of questions , gave me a great price, and did it with a Smile.. The guys who delivered my appliances and grill were respectful, so sweet, polite and efficient. They did not damage anything (as I have had deliveries in past and they damaged my stairs, walls, etc.) they were careful, and cleaned up after themselves. I only have GREAT things to say about Christine and the 4 guys who quickly delivered and installed my new appliances. I had a FABULOUS CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE . “For my 30th birthday, my girlfriend had given me a double neck guitar kit(that I had been wanting to buy for years). I love working on guitars, but last time I tried staining/clear coating one, it came out looking like someone just dropped a bowl of pasta sauce on it. After reading some reviews on different woodworkers, furniture makers, and local artists whos portfolio is filled with paint focused projects, I chose to give the Westmount group a try. Jeff and I emailed back and forth for about a week. Discussing what I wanted in terms of colors, sheen, and layout of where I wanted the color. Jeff took the time to ensure that he fully understood what I was envisioning in my mind for this guitar. I brought the guitar in, and we looked on the computer at different hues available, and he showed me the different levels of sheen I could chose from. After about 2 weeks, Jeff contacted me to let me know the stain had arrived, and double checked all the details before he started staining. 3 days later, he emailed me again, telling me it was completed (way faster than I expected). This morning I went in and picked up the guitar, and it looks even better than I imagined! Jeff did incredible work, and is very kind and professional. I am very happy with his work, and next guitar kit I get, or any other project that comes up that is in his wheelhouse, I will absolutely bring it to Westmount group!Service: Wood staining”

Walking into this store is like walking into a time capsule; There is so much to find you could get lost for hours trying to spot everything! The merchandise is well taken care of, despite the sheer amount of merchandise the store is easily navigable and open, and the staff are polite, courteous, and knowledgeable about many of the wares' history!Overall, even if it's just to immerse yourself in the beauty of the past, this store is worth stopping into! Everything is fairly priced, and there's a clearance rack that pops up from time to time!”

“HomeGoods was one of the worst places during the pandemic times.. They were open, they count the people coming and going being counted at door… great but if you buy a food related item they sell it to you.. but if you want to return it “oh no due to covid 19 we cant take back food related items!! “
The workers shook their shoulder said take it to TJMAXX management to complain..
So it is ok they handle the food related items, they take it out of the box, they put it on shelf, they touch it again at register multiple times when you buy it, put it in a bag… but if you want to return it after buying it.. “no cant take it back”
Because they are spotless and cleanest place.. but we are not!!!
During the virus activities, I recommend NOT TO BUY any food related item at HOMEGOODS anymore..
Now that pandemic situation thankfully over, Home Goods came back to new setup..
If you need something for your house, they probably have it.. enjoy your shopping!!”
