“I purchased a beautiful sofa/sleeper set from this furniture store during Covid, and I have to say that their customer service is exceptional. Not only did they help me pick out the perfect furniture for my home, but they also provided top-notch after-sales service over 2 years after my purchase! Recently I noticed a small issue with one of the straps used to pull out the bed on my sofa. I called the store to see if they could help me. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly Colleen, one of the owners, responded and how eager she was to assist me. She listened carefully to my concerns and was able to send out a technician to my home within a few days of receiving the replacement part from the Sofa manufacturer. The technicians who came to my home were friendly and professional, and they were able to fix the issue with my straps in no time. They took the time to explain what they were doing and to answer any questions that I had. I was very impressed by their expertise and attention to detail. At this time we noticed that there was some movement in the bed when fully stretched out. The technician Adel, took a video and showed it to Lao, another owner, to see what was needed to fix the issue. Lao then determined it was a faulty mechanism and ordered the parts needed to fix this issue.It was a complex mechanism that controlled the opening and closing of the sleeper section, and so when the parts were received by Fairhaven Furniture, the same technician, Adel came and spent over 2 hours to replace the faulty mechanism.Overall, I have to say that this furniture store's after-sales customer service is outstanding. They really went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality furniture and exceptional customer service. “A beautiful store filled with all sorts of memorabilia, appliances, clothing, media, and more from the 20th Century and sometimes other older stuff! Walking into this store is like walking into a time capsule; There is so much to find you could get lost for hours trying to spot everything! The merchandise is well taken care of, despite the sheer amount of merchandise the store is easily navigable and open, and the staff are polite, courteous, and knowledgeable about many of the wares' history!Overall, even if it's just to immerse yourself in the beauty of the past, this store is worth stopping into! Everything is fairly priced, and there's a clearance rack that pops up from time to time!”

“Huge showroom with so much to choose from. We bought brown leather reclining couches. The service was excellent. One salesperson helped us through the entire process. The couches are being paid for through a Jordan's credit card, which makes them affordable. The value is good and we're happy with the new couches, which are sturdy, firm and roomy. Jordan's is a great place to walk around and get ideas for refurnishing your home and adding decor. The ratio of salespeople to shoppers is high so there's always someone available to ask questions. I recommend visiting if you're in the market for new furniture.”
