Not wanting to spend at least $60 a day on Uber from work to home, I decided to look for a rental car. To my surprise, they were available and cheaper than I expected! “If it’s service after the sale that’s important to you then Jason is your man. If it’s service even if you didn’t buy a van from him, then also count on Jason to go out of his way to satisfy your needs. Here’s my story: We bought a BraunAbility Van from a private party without being given a detailed tutorial of its critical functions. After getting it home I was concerned about the safety of my wife and my ability to drive it with confidence. I called Jason at Advanced Wheels to set up an appointment to bring it in, but instead he offered to visit me at my home which is close by his office. He went over everything in detail and simple terms that even I could understand and we easily got my wife in her wheelchair into the passenger side. All the safety belts and restraints were then attached and we were ready to safely take our first spin. My level of assurance couldn’t be higher after experiencing his in depth knowledge, professionalism and patience in dealing with my wife and I - who were terribly anxious about navigating the BraunAbility features of our new van. After saying I wished I bought a vehicle from him, he said it was his pleasure to help us regardless. It’s definite that Advanced Wheels will always service our van and anytime I have an opportunity to recommend him and his company I will. It’s the least I can do for an all around nice guy, who went above and beyond to help a couple intimidated by the complexity of a vehicle they needed to begin enjoying their lives once again.”

“I wanted to rent a Luxury SUV for my son’s Prom. Unfortunately, that wasn’t available but the gentleman that helped me over the phone assured me that he had the perfect replacement SUV.
When I got there the team knew it was for Prom and they went the extra mile to clean the exterior and interior so I could play chauffeur. I was soo grateful! My son was so happy when I picked him up.

“I was not sure what to expect nor had I ever been to Tweed airport. These people were as kind, helpful, and efficient as any other rental company I have used. They arrived at the airport within minutes, even though I was standing in the wrong spot. ?. The driver had to circle many times yet had a great attitude as did the young woman I returned the car to. I don’t have any photos, but if I were to change anything, it would be their name. The cars I saw and the one I rented was anything but a wreck. I am most definitely a customer for life.”

“Purchased my dream Jeep from Sonny at Ernies in October 2020 for a solid price. They helped through every step of the process and were incredibly easy to work with. Had a small issue with the emblem on the vehicle peeling off, they fixed it right away. Just had an issue with the brake pads, fixed right away as well. Have had a great experience with them so far, would recommend.”

“I had to get. Rental due to an auto accident. Not my fault lol. I was allowed to get a Corolla which wasn’t my style I choose to get a Rav 4 instead and pay a bit extra daily I was ok with. The first one I got first day had a slow leak on the tire. Right away they scheduled a swap out for me at my convenience. The team here is amazing. Thanks for everything.”

“I've been renting cars a few times a month to get groceries and stuff for my apartment and there's nothing negative I can say about the experience so far. For errands, the hourly rates end up making much more sense than going by the day elsewhere and there's no surprise $20 (or so) charge on the bill that I've seen in at least a few places. The only caveat is that their cars do rent quickly at some locations. I'm not the type to book as early as I probably should, and if you know you want a car at a set time a day in advance, it might be a good idea to reserve it instead of hoping it'll be there an hour before you're trying to get somewhere.”

“Last week Avelo delayed my flight into Tweed by 4.5 hours. I've learned when flying Avelo, that is what's to be expected. Fortunately the Avis/Budget employee went above and beyond and worked well past his closing time of 11pm and was able to provide me with a car when we finally got in well after 1am. Hats off to the Tweed branch of Avis/Budget. He made a lot of people's awful night a little better.”
