“I purchased my car yesterday and had a wonderful experience. Nixon helped me get a great deal and helped with all the paperwork, insurance, registration, change of address. He was very patient and kind to me and made sure I knew all about the car, including hooking my phone up to Bluetooth.
Sal was also very kind and spent a lot of time helping me get a great deal with the financial part and explaining everything to me in a way I could understand. I was very nervous and anxious about coming in but everyone made this experience so pleasant. I’ll definitely recommend Toyota, especially Nixon and Sal. Thank you Toyota! ❤️”
“I scraped and dented my car and needed it fixed. Ritchie at Cas explained the damage and what it would take yo fix it. Gave me what I consider a fair price. It was quick. The vehicle was clean and drop off was so easy. I parked and someone was ready to retrieve the keys and ask about my rental experience. Honestly, the best part of that airport.”
“I recently had occasion to use this auto rental company while my car was being repaired. I was collected from the repair shop and taken to the Enterprise office to choose and collect my rental car. Once my car was repaired I returned the rental directly to Enterprise and was then driven back to the repair shop to collect my car. All in all I received good service and a good clean vehicle from Enterprise and would highly recommend them.”
“It's strange that i see a lot of complaints on customer service but my experience for the past 3 months I've been renting is completely different. Gina and her team are an absolute pleasure to work with. Yes, sometimes the responses could be curt but they always anticipate my needs and questions and always offer alternative solutions if required.
They are also very proactive and i have received calls ahead of time to remind me of drop offs especially during the weekend where i was not aware of timing of business closing hours. This definitely saved me money in penalties.”
“The car was fine and priced reasonably. I had rated Enterprise three stars because of a couple of issues described below. But when I returned the car, the service was so great and the guy was so nice that I added a star.
The two issues (neither of which the local guy has any control over):
1. You can't get the local office on the phone. Call and call, go through menus, hold and hold, eventually give up.
2. I like small cars and they no longer rent subcompacts. The smallest car feels huge to me. (Corollas and Versas, so probably not to others.)”
“I'm new to National, and arriving HPN has offered a fantastic start to the relationship! Since a smaller airport, I needed to visit the desk before going into the lot. The staff at HPN are very friendly, professional, and helped me get to my rental vehicle quickly. The tending agent provided me with some terrific vehicle options, presumably with my Emerald status. Very smooth, I'm looking forward to similar experiences in the very near-future!”

“No issues with vehicles operating as they should. Check in process is the same even if you add your information online. Vehicles at the airport have high mileage. Staff is friendly and usually out pretty fast. No covered parking lot at Westchester so be prepared for the weather.”
“I'm really like renting from budget and in most cases the cars are great and service fantastic. This time there were two issues, the inside windshield had some kind of greasy film which we didn't realize until it started to get dark. The other issue was no windshield washer fluid.”
“Love Enterprise! The manager Joe and Samba will go out of their way to make your experience great. They are friendly, quick and efficient. I’ve been renting with this location exclusively for the past year. I won’t go to another location due to the fact that these two men treat their customers very well. “Highly recommend!! Passed by one day and some cars caught out eye. After one convo on the phone with Ted, we knew he would be our go to guy. So friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Haven’t purchased a car yet but Ted is keeping an eye out for us. We have brought our car twice to him for maintenance and he is always thorough, honest, and extremely reasonable. Goodbye getting ripped off at dealerships, I’ll only be brining my car here for now on!!!!!”

“Fast break is excellent. The gentleman at the counter in Westchester Airport Saturday night March 24 was quick, knowledgeable and had a great personality. The gentleman checking me in on Sunday was pleasant and professional. I was finished in 1 minute. The car was clean and previous scratches on bumper were noted. “This is for both Avis and Hertz. There was only 1 person early morning to do the return AND rentals. This is Monday 7/29/24 morning. I don’t know her name. Curly hair. She’s super efficient! There was a line but she got us returns in and out within 5 minutes after parking. Thank you!”
“I had a fabulous experience buying a car from Toyota of Stamford. Burton was ever the professional, educated us about the different options we had, and answered our questions. We never felt any pressure to buy, even when we went to explore used car options from other dealerships. He just shared the information he had and let us make our own decisions. Burton was also honest about what he did and didn't know, which I always appreciate in a sales person. On the financing front, I'd gotten a great deal from my credit union. The dealership decided to match it, which made it possible for us to leave with the car same-day.”

“I rent here virtually once a month, and have never had any real issues to speak of. The staff are super kind, and I've always been helped in a pinch if/when necessary. Occasionally, one of their Teslas is lower than 100% charge when picking up, but I don't really care because it doesn't impact my short mileage needs; however, if someone is renting a Tesla and is going to be driving a long distance, I'm sure it might be a little inconvenient. I think this place used to be a little short-staffed, but it doesn't seem like it anymore, so any previous issues with people being present during business hours are probably remedied. I will continue renting here always. Thank you to the staff who work here and make my renting always a pleasant experience!”

“I had a very difficult travel experience (delayed flight, cancelled flight, rerouting airports) and throughout all that, the one consistently amazing service was through Hertz. Lena (sp?) was incredible and called me back confirming that my car could wait for me even as my flights were failing. Oscar checked in via calling and text (especially when I couldn't hear over the volume of the airport crowds) regarding my car. They both were so helpful. Even when my flight was cancelled, they were responsive and helpful, and had my car ready for me when I finally got to the airport! Amazing service for a frazzled traveler. It was clearly helpful to have gold status. Pick of EV car...super cute Kia!!”
