I love this place. The instructors are all amazing amd unique. I always leave feeling better than when I walk in. I'm thankful for GY.

Such a great studio! Lots of different levels of classes and I always look forward to the additional workshops they have. Every instructor is fantastic with a different style of their own. Love that it's in my town!!

I went there with my son. Laura was the instructor. She warned us it might be difficult, since we had only dabbled in yoga. We decided to stay. It was hard but, she modified poses and really worked with us. I will be going back.
