My Benz was having serious problems and I was seriously contemplating selling it because I thought it would be too pricey to repair, especially since other repair shops had no idea of what the problems were being caused by. “I will attest to the owner’s son (EdJr.) helpfulness. I went to them because I had hit the back/break light of my Jeep Gladiator with a pole. While it wasn’t visibly cracked, the hit dislodged the whole light assembly out of place. Anywhere else, I would have been charged $500 just to put the light fixture in its place. Ed, the son, looked at the “damage” and explained to me how to fix it. I went home and followed Ed’s instructions and I was able to fix the light myself, saving hundreds of dollars. I truly appreciate Ed Jr’s professionalism and honesty. I would definitely take my car to them in the future. Hopefully I will never need their services but if I do, I will take my cars to them. I am aware that this is a long review for a small issue. My point is: honesty! In today’s world, honesty is paramount…for me and this seems to be an honest place.”
