I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Bank of America branch in Farmington, CT, to open a new account. Arriving just 15 minutes before closing time, I was unaware that the bank closed at 4:00 PM. Fortunately, I was assisted by a senior broker named Deblina Karar.
Despite the late hour, Deblina's response was nothing short of exceptional. When I mentioned that I couldn't return the next day, she graciously stayed after hours to help me open my new bank account. Her kindness and dedication were truly remarkable.

But the fact they immediately print the cards on the spot is a deal breaker! She was so thorough I had minimal questions. She also told me about other saving options and helped my Boyfriend too. Plus.. they have a NO fee coin machine as long as you’re a member! Aahhhh game changer!”
