Literally every time I've been to this bank I've had laughable customer service. This time, the teller was doing online shopping while I sat at the drive-through patiently...eventually had to honk to get her attention, which resulted in a glare with attitude.

The worst customer service possible at this fairfield Webster bank location.. Sitting at drive through for 10+ minutes, lots of employees inside (no customers) but none of them doing anything. Branch manager not interested in feedback and very rude. Just lost a customer...
