“These guys are the BEST. Knowledgeable, fairly priced and they have a pump attendant. Some of the best mechanics I have ever seen. Your car needs work? Bring it here.”

“Phenomenal service, and incredibly kind men working at this spot. The prices were beyond reasonable and these dudes deserve all the business in the world. I will only be going back to this place for all of my mechanical needs.”

“Small but adequate. There is a Dunkin Donuts on site. This is the 3rd rest stop/gas stop on the Merritt Parkway as you are heading south, so it wasn't as crowded as the first two were.”

“Amazing customer service and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Pulled in off the Merritt Pkwy after tire pressure indicator came on. We were promptly tended to, and Matt provided excellent service that saw us back on the road in no time. Cannot recommend enough!”

“Huge fan of S&S Gas stations. Love getting discounts from shopping! The parking in this particular gas station could be a little better but at least it's not the Trader Joe's lot! LOL!!!”

“I was desperate to have battery I purchased installed. My previous battery was shot and couldn't shut off my car or I'd be stuck. I went to Interstate in Bridgeport to get the battery and get it installed BUT THEY COULDN'T install a CAR BATTERY on an Audi. The owner here at first said I would have to come back but then understood I was truly stuck. He took the car in on the spot and helped me. I will 100% be coming back here. Thanks!!”

“Good stop for a quick rest on the Merritt and nicely equipped with Dunkin', Subway, convenience store and restrooms. Tough getting back on the road when traffic is intense, there is a stop sign and no acceleration ramp, if you are in a timid driver you may want an alternative.”

“Amazing...this gas station had the cheapest gas along I-95 today...$2.99 unleaded...and they offer Full Service !Unbelievable...it is only about 0.3 miles off the highway. There's a convenience store if you need anything quick to eat or to use the restrooms. Very impressed by the service and the prices.”

“I love the shell station after 8pm it’s a college pad a lot of people from Fairfield University go in there: the employees are nice and the management is fantastic: I’m over 50 and it makes me feel young again when I see young people going in there”

“Where has this place been. We have driven on I95 for several years but always go to the service area before or after this one. Big mistake. This service area although has the same stores and fast food areas like the others, just seemed to be more clean and organized than the others. Smaller reat area, but the atmosphere was better. Not sure how I can say that, but it just seemed better.”

“I stopped here on my way east on the Merritt Parkway during a long drive from Florida to Maine. I needed a rest break and I preferred combining rest and getting gas when I could to reduce the number of stops. I looked at the credit card reader first, and a small sign said insert card and follow instructions on screen. I put it in and the instructions said Please pay inside. And the card reader wouldn't release my credit card. I assume it locks because so many people don't allow time for the chip to be read before removing it. But meanwhile I couldn't pump so I went inside. The young guy at the counter was pleasant and helpful. He came out with me, saying sometimes the lock keeps the card longer than it is supposed to. But by the time we got there, it released it. We went back inside I prepaid for $60 worth of gas. With the oil companies grabbing profits and the state charging a large tax, that didn't even fill my tank! But I had my gas and the use of their clean rest room, so with the good service, I would go back if need be.”

“I love this gas station. It's fairly close to where I work and usually has a stall open. It's not the cheapest gas in the area but cheaper than most. I've only gone in once and the staff were friendly and fast. No complaints here!”

“they have delicious and cheap coffee! This is such a small thing, but so big!) because in this state there is almost never a cappuccino at the gas station, only the usual one. I am satisfied. And refueling a full tank of gasoline took just a minute.”

“I guess that one has the lowest gas price in Ct.$3:79 cash as Credit while it is for $4:05-$4:50 in NYCThe first time I was hooked to the Cumby's, when I used to visit the Hampton in Long Island. It is a regional chain of convenience stores based in Westborough, Massachusetts, operating primarily in New York, New England and Florida.Cumberland Farms operates 566 retail stores, gas stations, and a support system including petroleum and grocery distribution operations in 8 states: Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Its original colors were navy blue and orange, but in 2009, they rebranded with a new logo and colors (navy blue and green).[2] The new logo change marked the beginning of the transformation of Cumberland Farms stores from older, legacy stores to new AIM stores that now include numerous new fresh food items such as pizza, chicken sandwiches, subs, and a roller grill. Cumberland Farms offers a large assortment of food service items, candy, snacks, and chilled drinks, which it calls "The Chill Zone", along with Cumberland Farms branded chips, pastries, candy, and coffee, etc.”

“Family owned and operated - these folks are great! I've always had excellent service and fair prices here. I've been bringing my cars to them for over 20+ years. Thank you for always doing a wonderful job.”

“This is my favorite Cumberland Farms. Right by downtown Fairfield, the store is huge, plenty of gas pumps, and parking spaces. I am a fan of their Colombian coffee, appreciate the 10 cents off per gallon when filling up, and definitely like the fact that they have cases of Poland Spring water at a discount. I like the fact that Cumberland Farms is a family owned, privately held company who sells high quality branded products, treat their customers and employees well. This may sound like an over the top, glowing review, however I ask that you check out the Post Road location for yourself -- definitely a class above.”
