“The manager Mitchel helped us today. He was friendly and professional, gave us a discount on the activation fee, and included an iWatch (Black Friday deal) which was a very nice extra. There is a wait when you first enter the store, simply because the manager was helping several people at once. The store is very busy, but he never made us feel rushed or ignored. Excellent service.”
