“Brought my car in to be fixed and once again had a great experience with Town Line! My car needed both mechanical and body work done. They answered all my questions (I had a lot) and really made the process so easy for me. When I picked my car up, not only did they wash/wax the outside, but the whole inside was clean and sparkly as well! It looked like it had just come from being detailed. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly, customer service was great, and they really treat you like they care about you coming back again in the future. “I have to tell you about the amazing experience I had with Affordable Towing on March 21st, 2015. While driving I hit a pothole which snapped the ball joint on my front drivers side tire. The tire slide sideways remaining upright and lodged under my vehicle bringing me to an abrupt stop. I was thankful I was alive as I was getting off the highway and going at a decent speed. I was in a dangerous location as cars could not see me and I ran the risk of someone hitting me. I debated on whether or not to remain in the car or stand far away from the vehicle on the grass. I contacted AAA and due to the situation and dangerous location they contact the police and placed my call on an emergency status. Within 5 minutes the police where there and a few minutes later a tow truck showed up. The tow truck was from Affordable Towing (as I would later discover) and the drivers name was Alex Bloom. He was not the original tow truck driver scheduled to be there however he heard the emergency call over the scanner and was close so he turned his vehicle around and came to remove my car from that very sticky situation. With great skill he was able to get my car onto the flatbed with ease and he was able to keep the tire in place. We then went to a parking lot off of the exit and waited for the original tow truck to arrive which was around 30 minutes later. They would then swap vehicles and take the car to my home. Alex was amazing, he was extremely professional and courteous. In my haste and shock I could not remember where the tow truck came from as I wanted to properly thank him for taking the time to help me. It was not until a few weeks later when I called Affordable Towing to have the vehicle towed yet again. Unbeknownst to me Alex answered the phone and as soon as I said the year, make, model of the vehicle and what was wrong he immediately asked me if I was the person he towed a few weeks ago. I was ecstatic as I had found him again and was able to express how thankful I was for him that night. I highly recommend Affordable Towing I can't stress this enough. He did not have to do what he did but I am so thankful for him. The whole situation restored my faith that there are still decent human beings out there, Alex is definitely one of them.”

My insurance would only cover the cost of non-OEM parts, but CCC was able to find a dealership that would match the price so I was able to get genuine OEM parts for the price of aftermarket. If you need bodywork done to your vehicle, I'd suggest checking them out.”

Coming home from my daughter's doctor appointment, my car needed a tow - it was just me and my daughter on a cold rainy evening. Kurt offered to drive my daughter and I all the way home, after hours.
