“Ordered Fox Valley 25/30 on Friday afternoon around 3pm for an unexpected intake and it said to expect arrival in 3 business days (CT to south Texas). Was thrilled that they were able to ship it that afternoon and it arrived this morning(Monday) AND it was packaged so well in a box and bubble envelope to ensure safe arrival. “We have a Vizsla who hates his nails being clipped, it’s a struggle and not even the Vet could do them. I brought him in to see if they could attempt to trim them and in less than 10 minutes they had all nails clipped!! I wish I had brought him in sooner! They’re amazing!!!!”
“Alex's Advanced Aquatics is a great aquarium store. Alex has a very good selection with great prices, and he is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been there several times to buy various freshwater tropical fish, with the most recent being a gorgeous Halfmoon Betta. Skip the big box stores and check it out. It's really a great little place!”

“Me and my brother went here moments ago and let me tell you, this place is amazing, the staff are patient, calm, and kind. The horses are beautiful and kept in good condition and treated well, it's a little sloppy since there's stool in most places. Payment is cheap and easy so if you are on a budget this is the place. Beautiful trail with fields and trees, and you have control of your own horse making the experience even better. The lady over the phone was very nice and explained to me the prices and how everything works. It's also very easy to find the entrance. Overall it's a great place for family and kids. ?”

They service John Deere’s as you probably know but they aren’t listed when you go in the John Deere site so I wanted to make sure people know that it’s an option. “Went in to get a guinea pig for my 11 year old daughter. When we got to the isle were they were located we were greeted by Solenne. She was working on the hamsters but didn’t let that stop her from talking to us and answering all our questions. She was so nice and so knowledgeable giving us tips and taking her time to talk to us about how to properly care for it. She showed us everything we needed and even was so kind to tell us to download the app and take advantage of the price match. We saved lots of money doing so. It was an awesome experience especially for my daughter. Thank you Solenne for giving us that amazing experience.”

“Had the product we were looking for even though it wasn’t on sale and we had no coupons.Stopped in the grooming area to find out about having our Newfoundland puppy groomed and was very impressed by the man who was there. He was knowledgeable and made us feel at ease with bringing our boy there unlike PetSmart when we brought him there. He seemed to understand the way patience needed to groom a puppy who is 120 lbs. PetSmart couldn’t handle him at 50 lbs and acted like they had never seen a puppy this size. He’s a sweet boy just very big and acts like a puppy.”
“The salesperson assisted me in finding my items. When I had gotten home, I realized one item was too small. I called to let her know the problem. She calmed my concerns about the return policy and held the correct size for my return back to the store. “The FreshPet food flavor that I buy my dog was not available. I bought another flavor but my dog would not eat it. I was so happy that I was able to return it :) I asked to hold a guinea pig and was able to do that and really enjoyed it. Everyone I encountered at the Windsor, CT store was so kind and helpful on both days that I visited. They were awesome :)”

“We adopted our dog Sumo, in 2010 from here and Sumo lived a long healthy life of 13.5 years old. I read many reviews, and I cannot speak for everyone but our Sumo was amazing, smart, energetic, affectionate, and never got sick. He passed away from cancer this past June. Thank you for taking care of the dogs/puppies and providing a service for the community.”

Maiya has SO many food allergies and every time we come in we are immediately recognized and Maiya gets an allergy safe treat just for her! She absolutely adores Anna and gets so excited to just be there.For Maiya's birthday, Anna went out of her way to bake Maiya birthday cookies that were allergy friendly. And honestly, they were one of Maiya's all time favorites (she can be picky about treats).In addition, for the holidays last year, I adored the flower bow ties for the dog's collar but was curious about little bow ties for Maiya's ears. Anna, once again, went out of her way to make custom bow ties that clipped on Maiya's fur behind her ears to create some of the best Christmas photos yet!I can't recommend them enough!”
