They service John Deere’s as you probably know but they aren’t listed when you go in the John Deere site so I wanted to make sure people know that it’s an option. “Ordered Fox Valley 25/30 on Friday afternoon around 3pm for an unexpected intake and it said to expect arrival in 3 business days (CT to south Texas). Was thrilled that they were able to ship it that afternoon and it arrived this morning(Monday) AND it was packaged so well in a box and bubble envelope to ensure safe arrival. “We have a Vizsla who hates his nails being clipped, it’s a struggle and not even the Vet could do them. I brought him in to see if they could attempt to trim them and in less than 10 minutes they had all nails clipped!! I wish I had brought him in sooner! They’re amazing!!!!”

Maiya has SO many food allergies and every time we come in we are immediately recognized and Maiya gets an allergy safe treat just for her! She absolutely adores Anna and gets so excited to just be there.For Maiya's birthday, Anna went out of her way to bake Maiya birthday cookies that were allergy friendly. And honestly, they were one of Maiya's all time favorites (she can be picky about treats).In addition, for the holidays last year, I adored the flower bow ties for the dog's collar but was curious about little bow ties for Maiya's ears. Anna, once again, went out of her way to make custom bow ties that clipped on Maiya's fur behind her ears to create some of the best Christmas photos yet!I can't recommend them enough!”

“We were looking for a cocktail and they had what we were looking for. We got the call on 11/1/23 the day of the first snow fall but that didn't stop us from going to get our baby. Sure enough he was a beautiful little dna tested boy just what we wanted. After spending a bunch we took him home. Melissa the manager was a very cordial person. She let us know that she clips nails as well as wings with an appointment. She would love to see the little one again in the future. I definitely would recommend going to A W Brown if you are looking for any bird product because the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to the products for your pets.”

“Went in to get a guinea pig for my 11 year old daughter. When we got to the isle were they were located we were greeted by Solenne. She was working on the hamsters but didn’t let that stop her from talking to us and answering all our questions. She was so nice and so knowledgeable giving us tips and taking her time to talk to us about how to properly care for it. She showed us everything we needed and even was so kind to tell us to download the app and take advantage of the price match. We saved lots of money doing so. It was an awesome experience especially for my daughter. Thank you Solenne for giving us that amazing experience.”

“Had the product we were looking for even though it wasn’t on sale and we had no coupons.Stopped in the grooming area to find out about having our Newfoundland puppy groomed and was very impressed by the man who was there. He was knowledgeable and made us feel at ease with bringing our boy there unlike PetSmart when we brought him there. He seemed to understand the way patience needed to groom a puppy who is 120 lbs. PetSmart couldn’t handle him at 50 lbs and acted like they had never seen a puppy this size. He’s a sweet boy just very big and acts like a puppy.”

I read many reviews, and I cannot speak for everyone but our Sumo was amazing, smart, energetic, affectionate, and never got sick. He passed away from cancer this past June.
