She is very knowledgeable and offered great ideas. She helped me see past just the aesthetic, highlighting pro and cons in the everyday function which is very important. She is very responsive and provides great customer service. I would recommend Torrco and Sarah to anyone. 5 stars, hands down!”

The team over Granite and kitchen Studio are professional and knowledgeable when it came to answering our questions about coordinating our granite with the backsplash. “I phoned Mather to ask if they cut Corian because I needed to replace an over-the-oven microwave and thought the Corian back splash had to be trimmed. Tom offered to visit to see the project. I emailed pictures instead. He talked me though how to do mount the support bracket on the Corian and even gave me the name of an installer who had worked for him previously and would be less expensive than his crew, if I needed an installer. When I removed the old microwave and took measurements, I realized I could mount the new microwave in the same space as the old. No need to mount on the Corian. Nevertheless, I applaud Tom's willingness to share helpful advice, knowing he might not be getting the job. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him should the need arise. He's a decent businessman!”

“Worked with Ann on setting up my bridal registry. They opened the store early for me to have dedicated time before the holiday rush. Ann is so knowledgeable about every department. She knows the products so we'll it was easy to be an informed buyer. Appreciated her tips from what she has at home and what has chipped versus what has lasted. She was very nice and patient. I would go to that store again just to work with her whenever I have questions about what I am buying.”

“I had a great experience LCN kitchen and bath. Norm showed up all the time to make sure the contractors were on schedule and doing the work we all agreed on. Very easy to work with. Patient with my selections, which took me about 3 months to decide. Would love to download pictures but I do not see a place to do it.”

“As soon as I walked into Schneider’s Flooring America, I knew it’s where I would purchase my stair carpet from. Ambre was amazing, I’m sure she could tell I was super lost, and without being pushy or overly “salesperson” like, she excitedly looked at my pictures and listened to my ideas and ran around the store with me to find the perfect carpet in a good range. I ended up choosing an option she had brought up and a different route than what I imagined and it was perfect! I didn’t get quotes from anywhere else as I didn’t find what I wanted from other stores so I can’t speak to the price point, but the carpet I chose wasn’t a budget breaker and I was good with the pricing based off the service.They communicated during the entire process, estimate was easily done, and Ambre even emailed me to make sure the small details I was asking about were covered and she just went above and beyond. I work in customer service, so I can attest to how great she did. She handled multiple customers without making me feel like a burden.Install went great too, If I remember correctly, Jeff was his name. He also did great, small details were nailed and he got the job done in a timely manner and without damage to the area outside what you’d expect for having carpet installed, touch ups were minimal and I was thankful for that!Overall very happy and will be going back to them for my bedroom carpet later on!”

They are always willing to share industry knowledge on newer (or older) items within their purview. Non-stock local items are usually available within a couple of days, and rarely incur additional shipping. If you're a trade professional looking to keep in line with the changing times of energy efficiency in HVAC and plumbing, I would highly recommend visiting Plimpton and Hills, and also buying something that benefits you and your clients. On a side note, I was pleasantly surprised that when I opened a commercial account, I received a hand signed letter from the President of the company thanking me for my business. It goes to show that even larger companies can still have a personal touch.”

“Andy Szalai was by far one of the best people we have ever dealt with when it comes to customer service. I mean he went above and beyond for Alex and I. We called in to find out the type of beam we needed to replace what we though was a load bearing wall. Andy then gave us a list of things he would need to know to better assist us. He then went as far as determining if the wall was actually load bearing or not, super quick responses via email and phone! Very professional ! And never made us feel a bit uncomfortable seeing that we were inexperienced and first time home buyers! Thanks to you Andy our living room is now expanded and on its way to looking how we've always wanted it.”

“Redone kitchen in last winter. Approached many stores in neighborhoods eventually decided to go with home outlet. Price was one of the factor but that comes with price too. One of the associate helped us designing the cabinets layout and placed order. After 40 days or so got the stuff when installing found that one of the piece is missing . Went to store again then store manager gave me that for free which is great. Luckily it was in stock . Compare to old real wood cabinets new ones are not upto the mark. Trash cabinets were not ordered right , it was missing inside fittings and right door. They refused to give me those for free. I ended up fitting that myself following YouTube as my contractor wasnt available when I got those. After installing after like two months of use one of the door ripped apart from the hinge . Couldn’t fit it again. Went to store again with that door. They said they will speak to supplier fast forward after 8 weeks got the replacement door.”

“Great store with good prices. As with anywhere, you gotta know your prices as it's not always a great discount. But you can definitely find good stuff cheap as they say. Check the dates as many times things are expired but still sellable.”

“My wife and I visited the Manchester store for the first time. Wow, what an amazing place. The store has just about everything you would ever need for your house. The prices are reasonable, you just have to shop wisely. Some items have awesome deals. We purchased an 8x10 area rug for only $ 299.00. The rug was high quality and looks absolutely beautiful. The outdoor patio cushions were on sale at amazing prices. We spent way too much money! Cannot wait to return back. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Ten stars for sure!”

“We choice Kitchen Options in Oxford MA To resurface our wood kitchen. We went with white and quartz counter tops. It looks beautiful. They were easy to work with but stay on top of your project because there were a few issues. Our valance above our window was not on the original shipment. Took 6 weeks to have that installed. Keith and Jen did a great job installing and followed up by Bob and Shawn. Very professional and clean. Thanks guys. We love it. Showing it off to everyone.”
