36 Thompson St, East HavenWords can not express how wonderful and patient Leo is with dogs. Our dog has a big issue with getting her nails cut. Leo took the time to not only get the dog to trust him but sucessfully cut her nails. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. We will be bringing our dog back regularly for nail cuts! If you ever need your dogs nails cut and they are extremely difficult and squirmish this is the place for them!

Once was when they had forgotten to give my dog one of her vaccines and asked me to come back in the same day and the second time they had forgotten to give me her prescription food. I had to leave work to come back both times before they closed.
Thankfully they understood the inconvenience and quickly handled the situation by waiving some fees.
Kind vets and understanding receptionists!
