“I went into Hamden looking for help with my email and a new screen protector. The gentleman in there was very dismissive and didn't even attempt to help me. The next day I went into the Branford store and was lucky that Alex was working. He went above and beyond to help me. He was very patient while trying to work through my email problem and managed to get it resolved. He even found me a screen protector for an older model phone. Verizon should be proud of employees like him. Thank you Alex!”

Boost was giving us trouble releasing our numbers there were 4 of us and Anais took her time, was very patient, and pleasant. Her and her co-worker made us feel extremely comfortable and not rushed mind you we showed up close to closing.
