If it’s service even if you didn’t buy a van from him, then also count on Jason to go out of his way to satisfy your needs. Here’s my story: We bought a BraunAbility Van from a private party without being given a detailed tutorial of its critical functions. After getting it home I was concerned about the safety of my wife and my ability to drive it with confidence. I called Jason at Advanced Wheels to set up an appointment to bring it in, but instead he offered to visit me at my home which is close by his office. He went over everything in detail and simple terms that even I could understand and we easily got my wife in her wheelchair into the passenger side. All the safety belts and restraints were then attached and we were ready to safely take our first spin. My level of assurance couldn’t be higher after experiencing his in depth knowledge, professionalism and patience in dealing with my wife and I - who were terribly anxious about navigating the BraunAbility features of our new van. After saying I wished I bought a vehicle from him, he said it was his pleasure to help us regardless. It’s definite that Advanced Wheels will always service our van and anytime I have an opportunity to recommend him and his company I will. It’s the least I can do for an all around nice guy, who went above and beyond to help a couple intimidated by the complexity of a vehicle they needed to begin enjoying their lives once again.”
