“I know I ain't been to every Burlington in CT, but right now, this tops the cake. Nearly every time I come here I leave out with a bag stuffed wit clothes. Only thing I wished was that it had more XL-XXL clothing, a lot of the store is saturated by the Medium and Large sizes but I still find quality with the saturation. ❤️❤️❤️”
“Best prices around, and everyone knows it, so I would expect lines of varying length depending on the day of the week and time of day. Busy days it will take around 10-15 minutes tops to be in and out. They recently added a sign that tells you if certain pumps are open which was a much needed addition. Pumps are quick, and if you went to BJ's before Costco opened, you know that these are MUCH faster than those ones. Attendants are also very helpful if you require their assistance.”

“The employees went out of their way to help me... even on the 4th of July. I wish I had remembered the name of the employee, but the male who helped me, my nana, and my mother, needs a raise ASAP. He was passionate about his job and knew where everything was in the store. It was just the most pleasant experience, and I will never forget it. I will be going to this location often.”

“I was in line with cart full, gentleman behind me had 2 items. I offered for him to go before me. He declined saying he works there was going on break. He realized the customer ahead of me at register might be a few minutes. So he got out of line. Logged back into his register and checked me out, delaying his break time. “They’re getting better. I didn’t shop this location for a long time. The product was just seriously lacking. It was like they sold broken, cheap toys, really bad quality clothing, and different odds and ends and things nobody wants. Also the line was always awful. I spent 10 years in retail and I won’t shop in a store that doesn’t have multiple registers going to get the lines down. If you can’t respect that my time is valuable, I will gladly give my money to Amazon. That being said, the last few times I visited I was pleasantly surprised. I found some good stuff. I also enjoyed the checkout experience because the line moved quickly. Hopefully they keep up the good work. I would be happy to go back.”
“My family visited the JCPenney photo studio on Thursday and Friday to take family portraits. With several small children in the group, it was quite chaotic trying to get everyone to look in the same direction at the same time. However, Avery, our photographer, was incredibly patient and energetic, making the experience much easier. He worked wonderfully with the kids and even gave us extra prints as a thoughtful gesture for our patience while waiting for other families to finish their sessions. I would definitely recommend this location for family photos.”

Some of the other Burlington stores are open Monday-Saturday 9:30am-10pm and Sunday 9:30am-9:30pm and others are open Monday-Saturday 9am-10:30pm and Sunday 9:30am-10pm Holyoke and Waterbury locations are open Monday-Saturday 9:30am-9:30pm or 9:30am-10pm and Sunday 10am-8pm. One time Burlington store hours were Monday-Saturday 10am-9pm and Sunday 11am-7pm or 11am-6pm then another time Burlington stores hours were 9:30am-10pm Monday-Saturday and Sunday 9:30am-9:30pm.”

“Wow. This is a fun store. Picture, if you will, a very large Home Goods focused on large home goods, eg,; Outdoor patio furniture, large rugs, chandeliers, couches, recliners, and way more.
Homesense is an easy place to get lost for 90 minutes if you’re looking to jazz up your living spaces.
Then, you can meander over to TJ Maxx and Home Goods, which are connected in the middle a little further down the strip mall.”

“Obviously these stores are a hit everywhere you go! Ailes are a bit small which I think is normal, but this specific location has two guys out front trying to sell candy sometimes. Management says they’re doing something about it but every time I stop by they’re always there. Only reason I dropped the star.”

Have sometimes experienced long wait times at customer service but recently these appear to have improved remarkably.
Unfortunately my check out experience was less than desirable due to the Team Lead attempting to expedite check out. It was handled in a manner that created chaos & stress and led to my order being completed wrong because she was rushing.”

“Large store, lots of product, helpful staff. I've never had an issue here, what I'm looking for is usually in stock, but not always. Prices have increased dramatically, as they have everywhere else. I found a few items cheaper than what I pay elsewhere, and some were more expensive, maybe it all evens out. Be sure to check out the "clearance" sections. Large parking lot, but walking up on the slope can be treacherous. Items have been moved around a little, I didn't immediately see an item on my list, I was in a hurry and didn't look for it.”
“I went in on a Saturday for a suit to my Thursday interview. Anna was immensely helpful. She immediately found the slacks in my size, but could not locate a blazer if the same size. She tried a size up and acknowledged it was too big. She proceeded to call two other stores and found the blazer I needed and placed it on hold for me. Two days later I received a card from her wishing me luck on my interview. She truly went above and beyond. I will return to shop at Talbots because of her.”
“The store closes at 11pm but the department that you return stuff to was closed by 9:30. Besides that there might be a bit of a wait for someone to help you in the electronics department, but it's worth it He was so helpful when it was our turn.”
“I can't speak highly enough about this location. It's clean, staff is friendly, they have a little bit of everything. Shopping here means I save money and time. Every now and then they have fantastic toys sales for the kiddo's. My children and grand kids love the finds I get here. Highly recommended!”

“Was looking for a small suitcase and a cocktail dress for an event on the west coast. Saw the suitcase (cute, hard-side carryon with diesel zippers) right as I walked in and found a beautiful dress on a clearance rack, but it was far too long. The employee running the fitting room showed me a way to maintain the silhouette of the dress and shared the name of her tailor. She also assured me I could return it in thirty days as long as I hadn’t had it altered yet. Excellent customer service at this store!”
