The employees I previously mentioned had no empathy and neither did corporate. Herman made me whole and made the situation a positive experience. I was going to cancel my membership but now I am satisfied member and look forward to shopping at Costco. I hope to meet Herman face to face someday to say thank you.”

“I went in on a Saturday for a suit to my Thursday interview. Anna was immensely helpful. She immediately found the slacks in my size, but could not locate a blazer if the same size. She tried a size up and acknowledged it was too big. She proceeded to call two other stores and found the blazer I needed and placed it on hold for me. Two days later I received a card from her wishing me luck on my interview. She truly went above and beyond. I will return to shop at Talbots because of her.”

“I shop regularly at Costcos and continue to find great buys on everything I purchase. I recently decided to try the Tempura Shrimp after trying a sample in the store. It was absolutely delicious, crunchy, lightly battered and the size of the shrimp with no shrinking was phenomenal. I purchased a frozen box containing 30 count that comes with packets of sauce. The shrimp are large so I baked about 4 in the oven. They were filling and as delicious as they were in the store. I shared some with my friends at work and they too were equally impressed and wanted to buy them at Costcos.”
