Then I called Belltown to tell them my car was coming and needed a new battery. The next morning, they secured a battery, installed it promptly and by that afternoon I was driving my car back home.”

“I was up from Florida and in East Haddam and my battery died, and when I jumped it the check engine light came on and it was idling very rough and not transitioning through the speeds very well. I called Mike’s b/c I had to make my way up to MA. He said the bays were full for the day but he could take a look in the lot, he ran the diagnostics and recalibrated the electronics and sent me on my way. He’s my new go to guy when I’m up here for the summers.”

After getting the truck fixed through warranty, my truck still needed brakes and fluids. The dealership cost was ridiculous! I brought my truck to Bill’s and they made sure that those services were required.

At no point did Bill’s Auto try to upsell any of the unnecessary services that the dealership tried to. Needless to say I paid a quarter of the price for the required stuff.”

“Excellent group of workers there, Kelvin is exceptional, they patiently waited for me as I have a rare disease and wasn’t feeling well and I had to leave tires there for a few weeks and they were so nice , they told me don’t worry , my tires are safe there and to get better. Finally I got better and got my rims and tires put on and am planning to go back for other services because of Kelvin- he’s an awesome caring and thoughtful person and I highly recommend this company and store , not a long wait, answered all my questions and I’m so happy I have them a chance because unfortunately as a woman I’m always getting ripped off, not with these guys- definitely give them a chance, they aren’t just employees , they are very kindhearted caring people - see you soon!!!”

“Visiting Portland for a weekend wedding and blew out an oversized performance tire. After hours, a staff member offered “how can I help?” I returned on a Monday morning, they special ordered the tire for me, got it the same day mounted and balanced, and put it on the car w/o appointment saving me an extra night of hotel cost. Service by all three staff members including the owner John was exceptional. Expected a charge equal to my emergent situation and it was better than what I routinely pay to a leading Internet tire vendor that I routinely shop with.
