“Just found my mechanic HOME! Being from NYC it’s been Hard to find a mechanic! Mainly due to the business hours of most shops in CT. But Here at Joe’s Auto Electric I found family. Have never walked into a shop and not felt awkward etc because being a woman knowing so little about cars it can be intimidating. But not here, the owner just has a gentle nature and makes you feel at ease. The whole staff! Love this place would recommend over and over and over again!”
“I wish I could rate this place 100000/5 stars. We were headed north on a road trip and hit a pothole, popping our tire. After a frantic call, the folks here had our tire and stayed open past closing to put it on and get us home.
The staff was so kind and understanding, bringing lightness to a very stressful situation.

“They always go above and beyond for all of our car needs. They take the time to explain to me what needs to be done and always manage to make time. Recently had some sort of computer malfunction which lit up every warning light on the dash. I was able to drive right in and they diagnosed it and fixed it within 15 min. “I will be giving all of my auto repair and services to Bills Auto. I can’t say enough about their customer service. I called and explained the issue my Ram truck was having, they let me know of all the options for repair and possible manufacturer coverage.
After getting the truck fixed through warranty, my truck still needed brakes and fluids. The dealership cost was ridiculous! I brought my truck to Bill’s and they made sure that those services were required.
At no point did Bill’s Auto try to upsell any of the unnecessary services that the dealership tried to. Needless to say I paid a quarter of the price for the required stuff.”

“Definitely worth the look. I mean I had a slow leak in right rear and it was unrepairable to close to sidewall. They gave me a temporary tired until they ordered a new set of four tires. I quite didn't have the cash or money so they offered financing before which was a big help. Thanks dudes?”
“Honest, reasonably priced, and customer focused. A few months after getting tires put on we noticed a manufacturer defect with 1 of the tires. They had it replaced within an hour under warranty and we still made it to vacation on time! I liked them before this occasion, but now they’ve got a customer for life.”

Bottom line - I chose this place of all places in the area because it’s the most reputable and longest standing auto service in the area!”

“The cake decorator Rebecca is wonderful!!! They have two layer cakes that are light and delicious . I had a vision of sunflowers cascading down the side and she made it happen! I am so happy . This is my new place to buy all my cakes . This is the second cake I ordered here . I highly recommend them. She is wonderful!!! I tried to talk to a manger about her but no luck. I hope they read this .”
“The staff at this location is absolutely amazing. Been coming to them for years always treat me with respect and fix my issues. After reading some of the other reviews it’s hard to believe the bad ones I’ve never seen them treat others poorly and never recommend more than what’s needed to get you safe on the road. And the plus side most of the times I get my car back sooner than the estimated time which I appreciate.”
