“Having left the chain pharmacies which are just dire horrible places void of customer service , I was so pleased to find this oasis in a sea of mediocrity. I found the pharmacy staff to be extremely friendly and helpful and they actually answer the phone ??”

“The entire staff at Middletown pharmacy is amazing Denise, Dee, Ali and his brother have always gone above and beyond to assist me with transitioning my prescriptions over. They always pick up the phone, are always cordial abcs will explain things without hesitancy. I’ve let me PCP know this pharmacy always has my medications available and they deliver!!! Better than CVS or Walgreens any day! Hands down I’m glad to have them in our community. Thank you for being apart of the North end and Middletown.”

“I have come to this store three times in the last few months... I honestly did not know they were here. These people are fantastic and their store is perfect. Every time I have come in to the store I am asked if I need help and when I state what I'm looking for, they take me right to the item. Perfect.”

“I’ve never met a more friendly and responsive pharmacy. When an order for a medication was placed incorrectly by a provider, the pharmacist reached out immediately both to the provider and us, and filled it immediately. Their customer service is absolutely top notch.”

“David was the pharmacist who filled my prescription last month. He is very efficient at filling my prescription quickly, when it is received from my doctor. David always asks me if I have any questions. For a corporate pharmacy, David makes you feel that he cares about you!”

“Reviews practically every other Pharmacy in town before finding them. Some of them are extremely helpful willing to take answers and listen and care about being able to get prescriptions quickly if needed. There's hardly ever a line so it's super convenient and the staff is mostly quite friendly”

“I believe this place has the cheapest gas prices in Meriden & Wallingford area! I’m so glad I found this place! The gas price is even the same if you use a credit card unlike other gas stations where they charge you more when you use a credit card.”

“Walgreens Pharmacy offers a convenient and accessible healthcare solution with its widespread locations and diverse range of services. One of its key strengths lies in the efficiency of prescription fulfillment, often providing quick turnaround times. The pharmacy's integration with the Walgreens app allows users to easily refill prescriptions, track medication history, and receive alerts for dosage schedules, enhancing overall convenience. Moreover, the knowledgeable and friendly staff contribute to a positive customer experience. Pharmacists are readily available for consultations, ensuring personalized care and addressing any concerns or questions. The emphasis on customer service creates a welcoming environment, particularly for individuals seeking guidance on over-the-counter medications or health-related inquiries. While the pharmacy's convenience and customer service are commendable, some may find that pricing for certain medications is on the higher side compared to other options. Additionally, wait times during peak hours can be a challenge, requiring patients to plan accordingly. In conclusion, Walgreens Pharmacy stands out for its accessibility, user-friendly app, and dedicated staff. It caters to the diverse healthcare needs of its customers, although pricing and potential wait times may be factors to consider for some individuals.”

“My first time at this Rite Aid because they had the vaccine I wanted. The store was super clean, beyond my expectation, and products were displayed neatly on the shelves. Staff was efficient and friendly. This might be my go-to pharmacy if I didn't live out of town.”

“This is usually the only Stop and Shop I usually go to in Meriden and so far I really haven't had any issues with the place it's usually pretty clean and everything's really well-stocked most of the time and it's pretty easy to find someone who works there if you need help finding something. So overall a great store to go shopping at for most of your grocery items.”

“This Pharmacy is excellent on their service. My mother needed a certain medication and it was costing our pocket a bit to much, was recommended to call them and they succeeded helping to pay a reasonable price and in 20mins I was picking the medication up...Thank you the Pharmacist and the employees at Hancock Pharmacy V”

“After being given the runaround by CVS one time too many, I found myself looking for a new pharmacy. I feel like I hit the jackpot with Hancock's: friendly, personal service, and a local pharmacy that’s open late and on the weekends! Everyone I dealt with could not have been more friendly and accommodating! I had only switched to CVS because there’s only one local pharmacy left in Southington, and their hours are not compatible with my schedule. Hancock's isn’t the closest, as I live on the Berlin side of Southington, and they are on the Middlefield side of Meriden. Definitely worth the drive, however! I only wish they had electronic notifications to notify me when scripts are ready, but making a phone call before I head out is no big deal when the phone is actually answered by a live (and knowledgeable) human, instead of wading through endless recorded menus and waiting on hold for an eternity.”

“Long story short……. The pharmacist went above and beyond to help me get my son his formula, very grateful they were able to help me while I was in great distress looking for my son’s formula!”

“Strictly for prescriptions. General items very limited. There is always a waiting period of about 5 to 20 minutes. The cashiers are not well trained and frequently need help from a manager. While the pharmacist is quite knowledgeable, the remaining staff are not that fluent in English. If you need to pick up more than one prescription you need to check if all is in the bag.”

“I went to Rite Aid on a somewhat soggy Saturday afternoon, needing a snack after the winery down the road. The parking lot was pretty sparse, there was no wait to check out, and the high ceilings with bright lights was nice. It was very clean, as was the parking lot. The seasonal section was a little small compared to other Rite Aids, but had some fun Halloween items on sale for 50% already.”

“I have been to this Price Chopper location a couple of times now. It is not as grand as something like Whole Foods, but it is convenient for those in Middletown-area.Upon coming in you are greeted on your left by the Sushi section, which is always nice and fresh. In my opinion, the best aspect of this supermarket. Nearby they have grab-and-go options like fried chicken and sandwiches. None of them are the freshest looking though and they have a lot of sodium. The salads here are average. The main section of the supermarket where you can get your traditional supermarket items like cereal, water, fruit, etc. is well-stocked and clean, which is nice. The checkouts usually move fast unless you come in the afternoon on a weekend. Otherwise, check is pretty quick and easy. There is also self-checkout options. The parking lot here is very large with plenty of parking, which is nice!Altogether, Price Chopper is your traditional supermarket, but the prices are good and the location is clean with a good variety of products.”

“Walking into this CVS feels like every other CVS and I like seeing the redundancy. It's clean, well organized, staff and crew was friendly. I liked that there was a self-checkout line.”

“I recently switched my pharmacy from East Haven Ride Aid to North Haven Walgreens and encountered a problem. Walgreens' staff told me that my prescription was not available after 4 days. Fortunately I called Norford Rite Aid and the pharmacist David Tran made a great effort and assistance to help get my prescription after a couple day. I really appreciated his effort and kindness to meet the needs of customers. The other staff were also helpful and friendly.”

“A great CVS location and helpful staff. However, the bathroom isn't usually the cleanest and is out of soap often. If you don't have to pee you'll be fine!”

“This little pharmacy in the center of a big Walmart is a gem. On occasions when CVS and Walgreens in our hometown have failed, this plucky little pharmacy comes through. In contrast to the chronically understaffed chain pharmacies, Walmart's pharmacy is staffed--and by people who coöperate with customers, rather than shuttle them along as nuisances as happens too often at the chains. Though small, the pharmacy is well-stocked and offers a full array of vaccinations, performed efficiently if their COVID procedures are any indication. The staff is courteous and helpful. This is a go-to if, like me, the thought of dealing with CVS and Walgreens gives you a headache.”

“I have been getting medications for the past 7+ years and used several pharmacies. Stop and Shop Pharmacy is by far the best. The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful and they even remember you after a couple of times. It's absolutely great!”

“Shout out to Ashley and Amanda. Both went over and above with customer service. Placed an online order, supposed to be delivered by DoorDash and DoorDash dropped the ball.... BIG TIME. Maybe DoorDash should hire more employees like Ashley and Amanda.”

“My preferred pharmacy. The staff is kind and helpful as well as willing to answer any and all questions. In addition it is an excellent CVS in general just for picking up a few home necessities in a pinch.”
