The card machine in these vending machines don't work. They take your money and don't give you a snack! I've contacted the company. I will change my review if I am satisfied with their response and how they handle the situation.

Our youth baseball league switched to vending machines a couple years ago (snack bar too much work), and Berkshire Foods has helped immensely. Very easy to setup and program runs itself, customer service usually gets back to us by next business day.
