Toyota of Colchester did a great job repairing my car. Nikko and the service department were very patient dealing with my insurance company and worked hard to fix the extensive damage in my car due to mice. They went above and beyond to make sure the car was restored to its previous condition. I am so grateful and recommend them for any service needs.

Overall positive experience! Our salesperson, Jeremy Hynek, was very knowledgeable about the car we bought (hybrid) and all its features. Upon delivery he took the time to go over all the functions. Great communication from Jeremy and all the staff; they regularly updated us on our order. Friendly and professional team. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased a used Toyota from this dealership for my 18 year old son. Three weeks after transaction the paint started peeling off in straps. The salesman said there's nothing they can do about it. I tried to contact the general manager. Chris Antonino to see if anything could be done. He never returned my call. Never do business with these people. They're all about the money

I had a very positive experience at Toyota of Colchester. First of all, let me begin by saying that I am a very average person. I work a blue collar job, and do not really expect anything from anyone. I am far from rich, but even though I did not put much money down, nor do I have a good credit score, I was able to purchase a car with very reasonable terms. I was not expecting anything at all, but the gentleman we dealt with (Michael Cyr) was extremely kind and helpful to us. At no point did I feel pressured or like I was inferior (which has been my experience at other places). Michael even went so far as to touch up our vehicle personally, taking care of some minor scratches that were on it. It was not necessary, but it made me feel like he actually cared about us.
Overall, coming from somebody who does not generally enjoy buying vehicles and is very far from rich, we were treated very well and I have nothing negative to say. Anything we needed to do was clearly communicated to us, and we walked away very excited. We are looking forward to many years with our Toyota!
Not that my opinion matters, but you guys are fantastic. Would highly recommend this place!

I stopped in as a support shopper with a friend. She was just doing some browsing since she will need to purchase very soon. We were helped by a gentleman named John Calash. He was very helpful and took his time with us even knowing it wasn’t going “to happen” that day. He also was very respectful of two women and didn’t speak down to us, as many sales people often do in these environments. She will definitely be making her final purchase from John!

The showroom was clean and welcoming, but most importantly (to me, anyway) was the treatment I received as a woman purchasing a vehicle. I was treated respectfully and that was a game changer for me. I bought my car from this dealership a few years ago and have been getting it serviced there since it was purchased. I have felt pretty satisfied with the service but have had issues with the communication. I was not told about the deals/discounts that were available for service appointments and had almost a $5,000 service charge right after my 2 year warranty expired so any discount would have been helpful. I have also been trying to reach the finance manager for months and have not heard back. There is an automated text for service appointments and I responded to schedule an appointment 3 times and never heard back at all. I did also purchase an additional warranty and when I inquired about it, I was not given any information on what was covered unfortunately.

My first 5000 miles service went 25 min over the time they said it was going to take. I just left their now had a second 10000 miles service had a appointment for 1:00 pm went to look at 1:25 and my car wasn’t even moved. Had a doctor appointment at 2:30 so I decided to refuse my service cause I wasn’t going to make it to the doctor appointment in time. The experience that I had with this dealership since day one a fully regret buying a vehicle from this dealership! ON TOP OF THAT THEY SOLD ME A EXTENDETED WARRANTY I WAS THINKING I COULD USE AT ANY TOYOTA DEALERSHIP NOPE ONLY AT THEIR SHOP FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. THIS DEALERSHIP IS A JOKE!

Excellent service. Last visit I had an issue with my vehicle. I deal with Alice. Alice is friendly and professional and always makes sure all concerns are addressed with the mechanics in the service dept.
